Everything you need to master SalesBoost AI
Quick Start
Welcome to SalesBoost AI — your AI-powered sales intelligence platform.
Navigate the app
The left sidebar gives access to all sections: Dashboard, Opportunities, AI Copilot and Administration. The active icon is highlighted.
Toggle dark/light mode
Switch between light and dark mode by clicking the sun/moon icon in the top bar. Your preference is saved automatically.
Switch language
Click the language selector (FR / EN) in the top bar to switch between French and English.
Search opportunities
Use the search bar at the top to instantly find an opportunity by name or company. Press Enter to search.
Tip — Start by creating your first opportunity from the Opportunities section or the "New Opportunity" button on the dashboard.
Dashboard
Real-time overview of your sales pipeline with key metrics and AI analysis.
Key metrics
Three cards summarize your pipeline: Total Pipeline Value, Conversion Rate (closed / total) and Average Win Probability across all deals.
Kanban pipeline
The pipeline shows your opportunities in 4 columns: Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed. Each card shows the title, value, priority and win probability.
Executive overview
The right panel shows goal progress (% of pipeline value actually closed) and an assigned sales team summary.
Create an opportunity
The "New Opportunity" button opens the creation form. After creation, you can generate an AI briefing or go deeper with the Copilot.
Tip — The "Goal Progress" bar automatically reflects the % of pipeline value that is actually closed.
Opportunities
Manage your pipeline in Kanban or Table view, with pagination and filters.
Kanban view
The default view. Opportunities are organized in columns by stage (Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed). Click a card to access its briefing.
Table view
Switch to table view via the Kanban / Table toggle. Columns show: company, title, stage, value, win probability (progress bar), priority, creation date and actions.
Pagination
In table view, opportunities are paginated by 10. Use Prev / Next buttons or click a page number. The counter shows the visible range (e.g. 1–10 of 24).
From an opportunity's briefing page, Edit and Delete buttons are available. Deletion requires confirmation. Editing updates the title, company, value, probability and priority.
Tip — URLs include view (?view=table) and page (?page=2) — share or bookmark the URL to restore your exact context.
AI Copilot
Client requirements gathering assistant: ask the right questions, capture requirements, generate a quote.
Guided conversation
The Copilot asks 8 structured questions (description, platform, features, hosting, data volume, users, timeline, integrations) then 3 follow-ups (constraints, tech, context). Chat stays open afterwards for any further questions.
Multi-select suggestions
Below each AI message, suggestions appear as chips. Click one or more chips to select them (they turn blue with a checkmark). Add free text if needed, then press Send.
Past sessions
Select an opportunity in the dropdown. The history badge shows the number of saved sessions. Click it to load a previous session and resume where you left off.
Save the visit
Associate an opportunity and optionally a campaign. The "Save Visit" button in the requirements panel saves the entire conversation and requirements to the database.
Requirements summary
The right panel displays requirements extracted in real time by the AI. Each field is editable — click it to modify the value. An "AI" badge marks auto-filled fields.
Custom fields
At the bottom of the requirements panel, "Add a requirement" lets you add free-form fields (e.g. Budget, Legal constraint). These fields are included in quotes and briefings.
Tip — From the opportunity creation page, "Go deeper with Copilot" automatically pre-fills the opportunity and description in the Copilot.
Tip — Use "New Conversation" to start fresh. A confirmation is shown if unsaved data is present.
Briefings & Quotes
Generate AI strategic analyses and project estimates directly from the Copilot or the opportunity page.
Generate a briefing
Once requirements are gathered in the Copilot, click "Generate Briefing". A form asks for the opportunity title, client company name and estimated value. The AI then generates a full strategic analysis.
Briefing content
The briefing contains: an AI-driven strategy (sales angle), a risk assessment (technical debt, delays), market intelligence (demand index, regional growth, budget) and a playbook suggestion.
Project quote
The "Generate Quote" button (calculator icon) generates a detailed estimate: total cost, duration in days, daily rate, project phases with individual costs and calculation assumptions.
Edit the opportunity
From the briefing page, the Edit button lets you update all opportunity fields. Changes are saved immediately.
Tip — Briefings are generated by Gemini 2.5 Flash via Google File Search — leveraging internal sales methodology and the client's public profile.
Administration
Manage users, the RAG knowledge base and view AI analytics.
User management
The Users tab lists all accounts. Create a user via "Add User" (email, password, role: Executive / Manager / Admin). Edit or delete from action buttons on each row.
Knowledge base
The Knowledge Base tab manages documents indexed in the RAG system. Upload new sources, re-index existing documents or delete obsolete sources.
Re-indexing
The "Re-index All" button re-runs vector indexing on all documents. The "Synced" / "Indexing..." status shows the state of each document.
AI Analytics
The Analytics panel shows the market demand index and churn risk (low/medium/high) based on AI analysis of your pipeline.
Tip — Only users with the Admin role have access to the Admin console.
